    Women represent nearly half of Europe's workforce — yet the data tells a different story at the top. EWL27 exists to change this, one leader at a time.

    Women of color and women with a migrant background are particularly prone to systematic exclusion—we are actively building bridges within these structures.

    Authentic leadership that makes a difference. Who are you as a leader, what is your leadership identity? What stories of Leadership do you hold on that either propel you or hold you back? Imposter syndrome — We all know about that one.

    High performance alone does not create power or long-term career sustainability. Structure does. Managing your career, negotiating a solid salary, and designing a career architecture that matches the stage of life you are in. This is a structure and our circle helps you build one.

    What is your strategy to moving up or wide in your career? How do you strategically manage your Influence, Visibility and Decision Making for the benefit of your growth? Too much visibility can cost you, but lack thereof might also cost you!
